An opportunity has arisen for a Control Centre Supervisor to join our Control Centre Team for an initial twelve-month fixed term. This is an exciting time for the service as we relocate to new premises and move to our new digital technology provision.

Working alongside another Supervisor, the role will support our team members deliver the Lifeline service to Rugby residents. This is a hands-on supervisory position which will focus on ensuring rotas are covered, timesheets are completed and that our staff are fully trained and supported to deliver an excellent service for our customers. You will be on call and required to manage a 24/7 service. It will also offer the successful applicant service development opportunities.
