    About The Role

    We are looking for someone to join our Community Maintenance Team, within the Caretaking section. This role are a great opportunity to provide a high quality, customer focused caretaking service to our communal areas and properties across the local area.  It is therefore essential that you hold a full driving licence.

    Working as part of a team, you will be responsible for cleaning the communal areas on our estates in the Thames Valley region to a high level.  This will include cleaning hallways, stairwells and bin store areas.  You will also be responsible for reporting defects on our properties.
