    Chair of the Board Cheltenham Borough Homes

    Join our Board of Non-Executive Directors as Chair and help us to write the next chapter in our story as we deliver transformational change throughout the organisation to ensure we can take supply of homes, community support, and customer engagement on to the next level.

    We are Cheltenham Borough Council’s Arms-Length Management Company (ALMO) with whom we have a strong and positive relationship. We work in partnership to increase the supply of new homes, reduce the carbon footprint of homes we manage, and ensure people and families are in safe and secure homes they can afford, whilst helping them take advantage of opportunities to improve their quality of life.

    As Chair of the Board, you will be paid £7,500pa and you will use your skills and experience to make a difference to thousands of people that really need our help and make CBH an even better organisation.

    Remuneration: Chair £7,500 per annum plus reasonable expenses

    Time commitment: 10 Board meetings per year, plus an AGM; Audit and Risk committee meets at least 4 times, and Remuneration and Nominations committee at least 3 times a year.

    Meeting location: Hybrid meetings both in person at one of our office locations in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire and via Microsoft Teams
