Business Transformation is responsible for;
Project Management
Leading on Change in the organisation
Assisting Service areas to undertake process mapping
Using data to show areas for improvementThis role will undertake all of these activities.
About the role
As a member of the Business Transformation Team, you are part of a support service to the rest of the organisation and will be seeking out opportunities which enhance and develop our services for maximum efficiency, value for money, customer access and inclusion.
With the support of the team you will be a lead advisor on all aspects of transformation and projects, and bring a fresh and creative approach to enable St Leger Homes to make improvements to processes and practices. This is an exciting opportunity to:
bring about genuine improvements to the services that matter to our customers and communities
identify and introduce technology which streamlines processes and improves the user experience
Facilitate Change by working with all levels of the organisationYou’ll be joining a well-established and supportive team, with responsibility for assisting all areas of St Leger Homes to review their services and implement improvements, and you could find yourself working anywhere in the business. In the role, you are likely to be focused on supporting our forward workplan. This will entail supporting the Team on a number of projects. You’ll have the confidence to facilitate and support groups through process mapping workshops.
About yo u
Our perfect fit will be a positive, motivated, forward thinking and naturally inquisitive individual with the ability to work with people as well as having a good grasp of a range of technologies and data collection packages such as Microsoft excel and information systems. You might have knowledge of LEAN and other improvement methodologies and if not be willing to learn about them. You’ll be comfortable leading projects and asking probing questions and have excellent active listening skills and communicating change to a variety of audiences. You’ll have the motivation, enthusiasm, creativity and, at times, tenacity to bring about continuous improvement and help make the organisation the best that it can be. Knowledge or experience of LEAN or project management would be an advantage.
A confident communicator, you’ll have a talent for developing positive relationships and be able to bring on board colleagues at all levels as required to develop services that better meet the needs of our customers.
