We don’t have a magic wand, instead we have a dedicated and committed team who can adapt their approach to the individual and what they need, taking time out to build up a trusting relationship that will hopefully encourage lasting change.

This Business Support role is crucial to the smooth running of our service, providing an administrative service which contributes to all aspects of running a Support Housing service including direct work with our residents supporting them with any tasks that involve contacting other professionals and completing forms online. You will be expected to use technology effectively and be confident to use our Housing Management System, budgeting software, social media platforms and housing benefit portals. You need to be highly organised and self-motivated, with the ability to adapt your priorities as situations arise.
