    You will be one of the primary agents of positive change within MHA, supporting, facilitating and advocating for business process and systems improvement.

    • You will champion a mindset of continuous improvement and service excellence across MHA.

    • You will understand and communicate the strategic vision for improved service delivery, and exhibit collaborative leadership skills and problem solving to ultimately help MHA deliver better services to its tenants and staff by successfully managing internal stakeholders and improvement projects.

    • To achieve this purpose you will oversee all aspects of internal business improvement projects, ensuring that project goals are achieved on time and within budget. It will require a proactive approach to organising people, tasks and resources to bring about successful conclusions.
