We’re excited to be looking for a Building Safety Administrator to join our busy team to make sure our customers and colleagues are kept safe – and we need you!

Our customers’ safety’s at the heart of everything we do – it’s our priority that their homes are managed to the highest standard.  Remember, we don’t just want compliant homes, we want safe homes.

You’ll have excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving skills and be able to work in a rapidly changing environment.  Working as part of a team and being self-motivated is key to this role.

With your attention to detail, can-do attitude, and analytical skills you’ll:

1. • Co-ordinate appointments for a range of Customer and Building safety activities including Fire and Water Risk Assessments and lifting equipment inspections and servicing
   • Keep our customers and colleagues safe by promoting the importance of building safety
   • Support mandatory and best practice safety activity across the housing sector
   • Provide a variety of reports to support KPI data and programme delivery reports
   • Support the Customer Safety team with invoicing payments and queries
