• Job description

    Support the delivery of a safe, compliant and well-managed housing portfolio. Working closely with the Building Safety and Compliance Manager, you will provide expert advice on building and fire safety, undertake inspections and audits, oversee safety-related projects, and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements.

    You will also play a key role in resident engagement, risk management and continuous improvement, helping to maintain the highest standards of safety across our properties.

  • Benefits

    • NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety and Risk Management (or equivalent)
    • Relevant Building Safety, Fire Safety, Building Maintenance, Compliance or Facilities Management qualification (or equivalent).
    • Membership of a relevant building safety, fire safety or health and safety professional body, or working towards membership
    • Managing fire door inspection programmes and maintaining detailed building safety information.
    • Experience of budget setting, monitoring and financial control.
    • ability to prepare accurate reports, presentations and Board papers.
