LHP exists to provide great homes, in strong communities across Lincolnshire.

Since Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) was created in 2018, our aim has been to put our customers at the heart of everything we do, understanding their needs and continually striving to improve everything we do for them.

Despite the cost-of-living crisis, we have remained focused on putting our customers first. Over the next few years, our aim is to achieve a consistent, high-quality service and ensure our customers can actively influence our decisions. We are in a strong financial position, with a focus on value for money and a good finance and governance rating from our regulator.

We are looking to recruit a Board Member with a diverse background who can provide strategic direction to LHP, helping us to maximise capabilities and deliver on all our key organisational priorities.

Ideally, we are looking for candidates with a background at a senior level in some or all of the following areas:

1. • strategic asset management and investment
   • repairs and maintenance
   • strategic growth, property development, stock acquisition and disposal
   • asset related regulation and compliance, including Health & Safety
   • place shaping and stewardship including neighbourhood design,
   • planning & infrastructure, regeneration and community development

It would also be beneficial for candidates to understand the LHP communities that we serve.

Your respective track record of delivery, commercial insight and constructive challenge will contribute to our decision-making processes, adding value to LHP’s ambition of providing the very best in customer service delivery.
