    You will bring expertise to a talented and diverse Board team and will contribute your specific experience in using data and insight to improve the customer experience.

    Board members will need to attend all scheduled meetings of the Board and meetings of two committees per annum. You will engage with the Chair of the Board, the Chief Executive and Directors as appropriate outside of Board and committee meetings. You will also attend the Annual Leadership Conference and a mid-year Strategy Delivery Board and undertake learning and development where required.

    (Appointment will be for a 1 year probationary period initially)
