      Apprentice Plumber (2 roles)
      £18,770 – £19,813 (depending on age)
      40 Hours per week (to be worked flexibly in line with business needs)

    Then we might just have the roles for you! We’re looking for 2 enthusiastic individuals that want to begin a trade-based career with the core skills of plumbing. These roles are a fantastic opportunity to make a difference to the communities we support and to kick-start your career.

    Your Opportunity
    Our apprenticeships provide a stepping-stone and a solid foundation to pursue a career within the field of plumbing. We offer the opportunity to develop a multi-skilled knowledge base across a range of domestic building tasks, whilst understanding the importance of delivering an excellent customer focused service.

    Our trade-based apprenticeships will last for 4 years, allowing time for you to gain a recognised NVQ or equivalent qualification, plus benefiting from practical experience and mentoring from our existing team of highly skilled trade staff. You’ll get paid time off to attend college to get your NVQ.

    You’ll join us as a permanent employee, and will work across our responsive, planned, and empty homes teams, whilst also benefitting from experience on our new development schemes with well-known development companies like Jones Homes, Morris Homes and Lane End, to name a few.

    This experience will prepare you for an ongoing role at the Trust when your apprenticeship ends.

    Our dedicated Work Team who specialises in supporting people into work will have a friendly chat with anyone interested in these roles. They’ll chat to you about the apprenticeships available & what they involve. They can then provide support with writing or updating your CV. There will be great amount of interest in these roles so your CV really needs to stand out.
    They will also help with producing a cover letter which helps you to demonstrate why you are a good match for this and other apprenticeship opportunities, plus helping with interview skills & confidence building; we would all benefit from this before an interview!
