We are looking for a dedicated Alterations Team Manager to join our team. If you thrive on problem-solving, enjoy working on a variety of projects, and have a keen eye for detail, we’d love to hear from you!

We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and you’ll play a key role providing line management and technical expertise to the Alterations, Adaptations and Property Permissions functions across all Abri regions, making sure they are completed to the highest standard and within budget.

You’ll have the confidence and assertiveness to engage with customers, sometimes managing difficult conversations, and using your excellent people skills to resolve any issues relating to their tenancy.

If you have ​​​​​​relevant degree or HND/HNC level in Building Surveying or equivalent construction related qualification or skills, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be working from our Yeovil office a minimum of three days per week to connect and collaborate with colleagues and the other two days can be worked from at a place of your choosing whether that’s at another of our offices, a cafe or at home.
