In today’s high pressure environment, it is more important than ever for individuals to be psychologically flexible and adaptable to situations that arise in the workplace.

Psychological flexibility is all about focusing on what it is we really want to achieve.

Acceptance and Commitment training (ACT) is an ideal concept as it is proven to increase an individual’s psychological flexibility. It draws on the acceptance and commitment model.  Making extensive use of mindfulness techniques, combined with goal setting, ACT can help both employees and their organisations achieve what matters to them.

This course provides the opportunity to practice essential skills and useful interventions.
