Wellbeing at work is becoming increasingly more important. Encouraging ‘wellbeing at work’ positively impacts on employee’s engagement and performance.

Anxiety is what we feel when we are worried, tense or afraid – particularly about things that are about to happen, or which we think could happen in the future. It’s a natural human response.

This course will help you to understand anxiety by exploring the causes of anxiety related issues, with a particular focus on managing anxiety and wellbeing.

It will explore what it means to be “serious about wellbeing” and how this impacts on organisational practices. It will explore different tools and techniques with real life good practice examples.
