On the April Residents Network session, we will hear from EMH on how they found their regulatory inspection by the Regulator of Social Housing last summer.  They will explore their experience and what lessons they learnt from their Consumer Rating with particular focus on the Tenant Influence and Accountability Standard.

EMH Resident Scrutiny Chair, Helen Watkinson and Executive Director Corporate Services, Jo Tilly will join us to share the experience and discuss any learning  as a result.  Jo and Helen will then take questions.

There will then follow a round table discussion about the inspection process and reporting, with network members sharing their experience and reflections about the inspection process and published reports.
