During the pandemic resident engagement changed – we want to explore what changed, have you gone back to what you did before – did you embrace technology and go digital?

We want to explore with residents and staff what engagement looks and feels like post pandemic and what the future looks like.

    For the resident session – we want to understand what worked well, Did you feel more or less engaged. Did you become engaged for the first time during the pandemic and why. How should engagement look like going forward – does technology or digital engagement work better or worse from a residents perspective? What about those who cant access engagement digitally what should landlords do?

    For the staff session – what did you do to continue engagement during the pandemic? How did you adapt? Did you loose people who didn’t want to engage digitally or did you pick up some new people? Did you save money? How do you measure if your engagement is meaningful? What does engagement look like going forward?

    In the joint session we will bring together the views of residents and staff to help draw upon some good practice that makes engagement more meaningful and relevant for all.

    As always, the session will be facilitated by Elaine Warwick and Siân Humphreys, and take place via zoom. Members can book on to either the Resident session or the Housing provider session, and then can book onto the joint session as well.
