This session is for residents and staff – the network provides an opportunity for you to have your voices heard, learn skills and develop knowledge that will provide you with an understanding of housing policy and the confidence to hold your landlord to account.

Topic: The TSMs – what are they telling us and do residents find them useful?

Our first Resident Network best practice group of the year will take a look at the first year of TSMs from the whole sector which were published by the Regulator of Social Housing in November 2024. These were supposed to be an essential resource for tenants to understand how their landlord is doing, how they compared to others and to help hold them to account for service improvements but how useful have tenants found them and what exactly are the telling us?  Join us to share your views, explore how some landlords are using them and find out what good practice there is out there at the moment.
