Stay up to date with all things rent compliance at our second forum meeting.

Bringing together housing professionals responsible for rent setting and rent compliance, the aim of the forum is to provide a safe place for those responsible for rent compliance to share their experiences with their peers – to ask questions, share lessons learned and discuss best practice.

For our second virtual forum, we will discuss and understand the impact of the 2022/23 rent increase on tenants and look at the approaches we may take for the 2023/24 in recognition of rising inflation, budgetary pressures and the cost-of-living crisis.

The forum will be chaired by Emma Turay, Assistant Director of Rents & Service Charges at Notting Hill Genesis.
