The next best practice workshop will bring two themes which are of interest to members at the moment.
The first part of the session will look at the current trends in financial performance for leasehold management such as service charge collection performance, arrears collection, levels of arrears, service charges and management fee levels.
The second part of the session will look at the appetite for Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) relative to leasehold, and the setting of leasehold-specific KPIs.
Please come armed with some % figure stats on indicative service charges collection performance and levels of arrears performance.
The session will be facilitated by Jackie Dickins, and take place via zoom.
This best practice group will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is new to the network, or has not attended a best practice group before. Why come to the best practice group?
- Great to find out what others are doing
- Good honest and open discussions
- Sharing best practice and ideas with others in similar roles
- Acts as a sense-check about what people are doing or thinking of doing.
We look forward to seeing you there!
