The Leasehold Network is pleased to announce its latest best practice group, discussing buildings insurance issues. Topics we will cover are post-Grenfell Tower, cladding issues, and the current economic climate.

Please come armed with your latest premium levels for leasehold and shared ownership, and we will carry out a live ‘benchmarking’ of premium levels during the session, and log these for future use.

    In this sessions we will hold a discussion and debate on:

    • Comparisons and opinions on current premiums charged by providers (with examples)
    • Issues with insurance relating to cladding
    • Levels of premiums in the current economic climate
    • Operational issues with buildings insurance
    • Impact upon service charges.

    This best practice group will be a fantastic opportunity for anyone who is new to the network, or has not attended a best practice group before.
