The Leadership and Organisational Development Hub is pleased to announce its next best practice group, focusing on the programme for the upcoming year.
We’d like to invite you to attend the Leadership and Organisational Development Hub best practice group on 15 December 2021 from 10.00am to 12.00pm. This is free to all HQN main network members.
The hub will be led by HQN associate, Jane Atherton who many of you will already know from attending hub meetings before. Kim Long, Senior Network Manager at HQN, will also be attending to give an update on our networks.

The effects of Covid 19 have meant that the way we work has changed so dramatically over the last two years, that it’s more crucial than ever to stay connected, network and share best practice about how our organisations are adapting.
We’d love you to join the conversation to discuss the challenges presented to your organisations this year, but also share the positive changes you’ve been able to put in place. We want to know what has changed for you this year, what your priorities are, and how we can support you to meet the challenges you face.
We’re also keen to understand how the hub needs to evolve to stay relevant and valuable for you in 2022. We’re planning a Leadership and Organisational Development conference on 27 April and will soon be launching a new website which we hope will transform how we present information, network, and share best practice. So, the next session feels like a good time to think about:
- What you like about the Leadership and Organisational Development Hub
- What are your top three challenges in the year to come?
- What are the key themes you’d like us to focus on over the next 12 months?
It’d be great if you could take some time to think about these questions before we meet on 15 December.
If you haven’t attended a best practice session before, remember they are free to members and a fantastic chance to hear from colleagues from different organisations across the sector.
