A chance for members to discuss best practice around increasing the independence and quality of life of older people living in sheltered and extra care schemes and lessons learned from the pandemic. The session also provides an opportunity to raise any challenges people are facing in their roles, for example around complaints handling, in an open and supportive discussion.
As always, the session will be facilitated by Bobbie Hough, and take place via zoom.
