The Health & Safety network is pleased to announce its latest best practice group.
This will be facilitated by Chloe Fletcher, HQN Director.
The key focuses of the best practice group will be:
- How to gain access for gas safety checks
- What measures to take if you are refused access on multiple attempts
- Communication with residents and keeping good contact records to document this
- New consumer standards and TSMs.
Osman Khan, Guinness Partnership will be hear to talk about their own experiences and best practice.
Best practice groups are free to members and are a fantastic opportunity to hear about what’s happening in the sector and network with fellow housing professionals.
