Making sure that homes are fit and safe to live in is the number one priority for all landlords. The Social Housing (Regulation) Bill will bring in a new regime of regulation that will hold landlords to account for the quality and safety of their homes.

To ensure you are up to speed we have brought our experts  – Steve Pettitt (water/legionella), Peter Leavers (lifts) and Larry Ryder (Asbestos) – together to take you through your responsibilities:

    • What you must do to meet legislation
    • How you can ensure the integrity of your data and
    • To provide you with the latest good practice.

You’ll find out about current compliance responsibilities, what you can do to ensure you’re meeting (and going above) the requirements of legislation, and how you can make sure your tenants are safe in their homes.

You’ll improve your understanding of all the key changes to regulation, legislation, and best practice, and go away with confidence that you’re managing your existing and new compliance responsibilities effectively and efficiently.
