As the demand for social housing increases so has the value of a social housing tenancy. With supply short and demand high there is a demand for succession and assignment.

The law on succession has been subjected to appeals and challenges every few years by the relatives of deceased tenants. Getting the procedure right is more important now than ever.

Delegates will work on real life case studies to provide a more engaging and effective learning experience and will leave feeling more empowered and confident in their knowledge of how to deal with a succession or assignment case.
