    Jon Gill is a Senior Software Engineer at Mobysoft a company specialising in AI-driven solutions for social housing providers. Since joining in 2022 he has enhanced the performance and scalability of RentSense, Mobysoft’s flagship product that optimises rent arrears management.

    With over 15 years of experience in software development, Jon is dedicated to leveraging technology for positive social impact.

    Lisa Gaskell, Income Manager, Prime Group

    Lisa is an Income Manager at Prima Group and started in 2018 the same year they brought in RentSense. Her focus is on making sure they’re collecting income as effectively as possible, while also supporting their customers in the best way they can.

    Dominika Philips-Blackburn, Head of Product, Mobysoft

    As the Head of Product at Mobysoft, Dominika leads the product roadmap and manages a product team for income management software. She aligns the development with strategic goals and ensures tech-for-good initiatives benefiting social tenants.
