Working effectively with managing agents can be challenging. Almost every department is impacted.

The development team at the outset, the asset management and compliance teams focused on building maintenance. The safety and legal and housing management teams: drafting of and compliance with tenancy agreements and shared ownership underleases, managing the tenant relationship.

This session is designed to raise awareness and build understanding around what organisations should consider before entering into arrangements where a third-party managing agent is appointed by a developer – particularly where affordable housing is involved.
