TSM rankings and C gradings

Following the publication of the tenant satisfaction measures data by the Regulator of Social Housing, we have created a series of spreadsheets which rank individual landlord performance based on best to worst.

The different spreadsheets cover:

  • Overall tenant satisfaction in six key areas
  • Shared ownership satisfaction for the same six areas
  • Satisfaction with the repairs service.

Alongside the TSM data we have also added organisations’ gradings for consumer standards (where they have been published).

It is possible to order the data for each of the columns through the arrows on the top row. To start with, the page shows the rankings for overall satisfaction.
