Cancellations and substitutions:

We want to offer our customers as much flexibility as possible in these challenging times. Since we moved to a virtual operation we have rarely enforced our terms and conditions. However, we are now experiencing large numbers of no-shows with no prior notice. This is both unsustainable for us as a business and it also prevents others booking on. 

Therefore in order to resolve this, we have decided to introduce revised terms and conditions. 

If you are unable to attend an event or public training course, please let us know in writing (email is fine) at least 48 hours before. Please email [email protected]

Otherwise, a cancellation fee of £60 plus VAT will be chargeable.

If you are using a package place to attend and do not inform us within the agreed time frame, then a place will be taken to cover your non-attendance.

Data and preferences

By agreeing to these terms and conditions, you and any delegates will be added to our database to receive marketing emails about other events and training courses that may be of interest. If you do not wish to receive these, please press the ‘unsubscribe’ button at the bottom of the booking confirmation email to update your preferences.

Any information that you provide on the booking form will be stored in our secure database. Delegate names, job titles and organisations will be shared with other delegates, speakers, trainers and sponsors as part of our delegate pack.
