This practical course is aimed at everyone who wants to improve their wellbeing. It will help you to understand how the five essential elements of wellbeing link together, and why wellbeing at work is critical.

It focuses on learning from experience to support your development on a personal basis and make the subject real for you, in and out of the workplace.
