Mandatory qualification requirements for the Competence & Conduct standard have added considerable workloads to already stretched people, teams and line managers.

At HQN, we have understood the challenges and come up a solution. We’ve worked alongside our members to develop a tool that will help you quickly understand:

    • Whether a role falls into scope for the new requirements, and
    • What qualifications or top-ups the post holder needs in order to ensure compliance.

You can access the tool by clicking here.

It’s simple to use, but to help you make the most of it, we’re running a short demonstration and Q&A session with creator, Debbie Larner. You’ll also get to hear from Greatwell Homes about how they have put it into practice.

    Who should attend?

    • Directors and Heads of service
    • Compliance teams
