Good housing services need good systems – and successful systems need good implementation. Get it wrong, and the promised efficiencies and controls fail to materialise, leaving years of costly remedial work.

Effective implementation demands specialist expertise that housing providers often struggle to fund. Critical roles go unfilled, leaving overstretched teams without the skills to deliver projects successfully.

AI could change that. Drawing on IT delivery best practice, housing systems expertise and housing legislation, specialist AI assistants can help fill the gaps – from defining requirements and managing projects to checking delivery against agreed outcomes.

The result? Faster, more cost-effective and better-controlled projects, with improved chances of delivering the benefits promised.

Join this frank, peer-led workshop to explore the risks, challenge the assumptions and help shape how AI assistants can best support housing system projects.

You will leave with a better understanding of the following:

    • Why housing system projects so often fail to deliver on their promises
    • How to fill the expertise gaps in your team without replacing anyone
    • How AI changes the economics of doing systems implementation properly
    • How to make the business case for the safe, effective use of AI in housing.
