    We are seeking a dedicated and analytical Asset Data Analyst to join our Asset Management team. You will play a key role in supporting the development of our Asset Management Strategy, investment planning, building safety compliance, and sustainability objectives. Working closely with the Head of Property, you will ensure that high-quality asset data informs strategic decision-making across our housing portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, validating, analysing and maintaining a wide range of property and building safety data, including stock condition, compliance, and energy performance information. You will manage asset databases, produce performance reports and KPIs, oversee property survey programmes, and help drive our commitment to achieving EPC C across all homes by 2030 as part of our net-zero strategy.
