Professionalism is about far more than holding the right qualifications. It is demonstrated through the decisions people make, the behaviours they display and the way they work with residents, colleagues and partners every day.

This practical, interactive module explores what professionalism looks like in modern social housing and how it supports safe, ethical and resident-focused services. Delegates will examine the standards expected of housing professionals, strengthen their professional judgement, explore ethical decision-making and develop the confidence to apply professional behaviours in complex, real-world situations.

This module has been designed to support Competence and Conduct Standard preparation by helping organisations address identified knowledge gaps through focused, role-appropriate top-up learning.
