We’re looking for an Empty Homes Supervisor to take the lead in bringing vacant properties back to life. In this role, you’ll oversee refurbishment projects, coordinate with contractors, and ensure homes are ready for new tenants to move in.

We’re looking for someone who has experience in property maintenance, refurbishment, or construction, an ability to problem-solve and manage multiple projects at once and a passion for improving homes and communities.

We’re not just looking for someone to maintain the status quo – we’re looking for someone who wants to challenge it, improve it, and help us do things even better.

This role will be based from our Bracknell office, with regular travel required to our offices in London (W10 5BN), Eastleigh (SO50 6AD) and Yeovil (BA22 8WN). Meetings will also take place in Slough and Langley.
