Meeting the requirements of the Safety and Quality Standard is one of the key components to achieving a C1 grading but, as we all know, it’s easier said than done.

In this session, Anthony Wiggans, Director of Property Services (Housing) at Norwich City Council joins HQN asset management consultant Chris Poulton for a deep dive into the local authority’s safety and quality journey.

It will look at the key ingredients to success, including the council’s approach to:

    • Strategic planning
    • Robust governance
    • The Better Homes Programme
    • Stock condition
    • Safety
    • Repairs
    • Meeting the Decent Homes Standard.

Anthony will also share lessons learned, key challenges, and future priorities.

This is an interactive session with questions and discussion very much encouraged.

FREE to members of the Asset Management Network – contact [email protected] if you haven’t received the coupon code.
