Our policy states that residents can’t store mobility scooters in shared communal areas and Cat 3 scooters can’t be stored in the building.

It also states that if the scooter isn’t removed when asked then we will seek obtaining an injunction to remove the scooter.

I am wondering if anyone has any experience with this before, and if so, has anyone got any guidance and processes they can share on this we have the policy but no guidance.
