We are currently looking for an Apprentice Scaffolder to join TEAL Scaffold, part of The Sovini Group.

This position is a Fixed Term Contract for 18 months.

What You’ll Do: Job duties

• Assist qualified scaffolders with the erection, alteration, and dismantling of scaffolding structures including Pasma,
• Load, unload and transport scaffolding materials and equipment around site
• Always follow instructions from supervisors and experienced scaffolders
• Ensure scaffolding components are used correctly and stored safely
• Carry out basic checks on equipment before use
• Maintain a clean, tidy and safe work area in the yard and on site,
• Comply with all health and safety regulations and site rules
• Wear and look after personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Attend apprenticeship training, college days or assessments as required
• Develop skills and knowledge in line with apprenticeship standards
• On-the-job training with experienced scaffolders
• Regular assessments to build skills and progress through apprenticeship levels
