Newly updated for 2026, our rent compliance framework and toolkit are designed to offer both guidance and a best practice checklist for registered providers when meeting the requirements of the Regulator of Social Housing’s Rent Standard. The updated versions of the framework and toolkit incorporate the new 2026 Rent Standard, the new social rent policy and the government’s recent decision on rent convergence, which comes into effect next year.
