This session turns regulatory requirements into doable steps. Senior leaders gain assurance and a clear route to compliance; managers leave with practical tools to embed standards in services and teams. HR, learning and development, and organisational development can align qualifications, CPD and workforce planning. Policy, compliance and governance leads get an evidence framework for board oversight. You’ll map who is in scope for mandatory qualifications, plan routes and timescales and connect legal duties to the Standard to spot overlaps and risks. Most importantly, you’ll leave with a tailored action plan, an evidence map and a board-ready assurance outline that senior teams can trust.

    What it will cover

    • Organisational requirements: code of conduct, performance management, workforce planning and organisational development.
    • Building a proportionate evidence and assurance framework for executives and board
