    We’re looking for a motivated and forward-thinking Product Owner to join Wythenshawe Community Housing Group (WCHG), helping to lead the ongoing improvement of our Salesforce platform and related systems.

    This role will play a pivotal part in shaping how our digital tools evolve to support colleagues and customers — ensuring our platforms are reliable, intuitive, and ready for the future.

     

    About the Role

    As Product Owner, you’ll take ownership of the Salesforce roadmap and lead delivery of continuous improvements that support WCHG’s business priorities. You’ll work closely with colleagues across ICT, Transformation, and Digital Innovation to ensure updates are well-planned, well-built, and clearly communicated.

    You’ll manage a small technical team, collaborate with external partners, and act as the key link between our developers and business users — making sure that every improvement adds value and builds trust in our digital platforms.
