    About The Role

    We are seeking a capable and committed Housing Team Leader to join our Resident Services & Community team. This is a critical role, where you’ll be responsible for leading a team of Housing Officers to deliver high-quality tenancy and neighbourhood management services across several local authority areas.

    You’ll be ensuring our estates are well looked after, our residents receive excellent service, and our performance targets are consistently met. The role involves overseeing tenancy cases, supporting legal processes, coordinating estate inspections, and working closely with both internal colleagues and external partners.

    You’ll also take the lead on safeguarding matters, resident engagement, and ensuring compliance with housing legislation and safety standards. It’s a varied and rewarding role that offers the chance to make a real difference in our communities.
