As a Branch Supervisor, you will be expected to:

• Lead the co-ordination of branch and stores operations.
• Plan and prioritize work assignments, ensuring optimal workflow and productivity.
• Train and develop team members on proper in-branch procedures, safety protocols, and company policies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely order fulfilment.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement efficient warehouse practices to enhance productivity and cost-effectiveness.
• Managing and ensuring the high standard of housekeeping throughout the store, warehouse and yard area.

• Adhere with the Health and Safety at Work Act to take reasonable care of own health and safety and that of others who may be affected by their acts and omissions.
