A scrutiny committee for one of our members is reviewing empty homes and recharges.

They would be keen to see any successful strategies/ initiatives/incentives/education you have in place to assist residents in ensuring void properties are returned in good condition including cleared of rubbish.

They would also be keen to hear whether these measures are more effective and less costly than rechargeable repairs.
