Chris is an expert in asset management and compliance. He has over 20 years’ experience operating at director and executive director level including two arm’s length management organisations who were awarded the coveted three stars from the Audit Commission and a housing association, awarded second place in the Sunday Times top 100 not for profit organisations to work for. He also has experience as a non-executive director on the board of building maintenance and new build companies. Chris covers all aspects of the Safety and Quality Standard, including assessing against the standards and assisting organisations with their improvement plans.
