A London local authority member would like to know if other organisations are setting targets for their TSM performance and what approaches are being used.

The member writes: “To ensure our targets are realistic and challenging, we are thinking about setting our targets to the London Upper Quartile (the national upper quartile might be too much of a stretch!). However, it’s important that we have something to work towards and help us focus our efforts. Do you know if other landlords are doing the same, i.e. setting targets, and what approach are they taking? We appreciate the context and satisfaction between London and outside London vary significantly.”
