A member would be interested to hear from anyone who has had an experience with managing nuisance complaints regarding residents using a medicinal cannabis vaporiser in their flat.

The neighbours are reporting that the smell the vaporiser emits is having a severe impact on them however there is a medical need for this. We would love to know:

• Do you include such situations in your ASB policies?
• Would you look to seal or insulate the property?
