The event will explore the key best practice lessons for place making and will focus on the role UK social housing providers and community housing providers in Australia can play in improving services, engagement and satisfaction in estate communities. UK based housing consultants HQN and an Australian reference group have researched the key themes and will present their findings at this virtual event.

    The programme will feature:

    • Key themes for increasing resident satisfaction
    • Place making case studies from Australia and the UK
    • Successes as well as what to avoid and learning from each other
    • Building trust with communities.

The event is free of charge for HQN members.
