An extremely experienced housing management specialist with particular expertise in disrepair and leasehold litigation (including service charge disputes and consultation issues under s.20 Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.  Clive deals with complex antisocial behaviour cases involving Equality Act and/or proportionality defences.
