Tackling ASB is a priority for landlords – now more than ever, with landlords struggling to deal with an increase in ASB cases where there are mental health issues. This session will give participants a solid foundation in how to handle complaints of ASB with a strong emphasis on robust investigation and case management principles to manage both risk and expectations.

Delegates will work on real life case studies to provide a more engaging and effective learning experience and will leave feeling more empowered and confident in their knowledge of both legal and non-legal remedies to tackle ASB. Prevention and early intervention are key.
